Mountain Biking is alive and well in Central Pennsylvania with active riders in most towns.  Check at the local bike shops for contacts.   Our local shop, The Bike Gallery in Lock Haven has a close knit group that gets out and rides on Tuesday  nights throughout the summer, and also sometimes on the weekends.  Contact Steve at the Bike Gallery (748-6580) for ride info or equipment.   Several Mt. Bike Races are also scheduled throughout the season.
